Westminster Council’s PDHU Plan is Delayed, Divided, and Deeply Unfair
We’re preparing to take Westminster Council to court
Westminster Council’s district heating proposals (PDHU) could force Pimlico residents to pay tens of thousands of pounds each. But behind closed doors, here’s what’s really going on:
Project delays are expected – yet the Council continue to rush decisions.
A legal challenge is being prepared by residents
Councillors are divided
Councillors who have led on the project are bailing out of the council
Cheaper, better-funded options exist – but the Council is ignoring them
It's time to act!
Pimlico Unites is prepared to launch legal action against the Council’s plans.
Our demands are clear:
Pause the project
Full transparency and consultation with residents
We are also planning a demonstration on Monday 17th November, coinciding with the next Cabinet meeting at Westminster City Hall – SAVE THE DATE!
